Please download form from below link and carry following things for submitting your form.

1-Attested photocopies of high school mark sheet.
2- Attested photocopies of high school certificate for proof of Date of birth.
3- Attested photocopies of Intermediate mark sheet.
4-Xerox copy of charcter certificate issued by Gazetted officer.
5-Self addresses post card with Rs. 5/- Stamp for acknowledgment.
6-Admission will be through written entrance exam followed by interview.
7-Submit supportive document regarding reserve category with income certificate.

Note-

Prescribed Applications are available at the college Office & Admission Office & Admission Centers during the working hours between 9am to 5pm on all working days

Separate application forms should be used for each course .Application forms are not transferable to other candidates

Filled in forms with the attested photocopy of marksheet , TC, Conduct and Community Certificate along with a passport size photograph should be send either by post or submitted in the college during office hours.

Rules and Regulations of Govt. of Tamilnadu and Affliiated University norms will be Strictly followed.
